I personally had two situations last year involving potholes. The first was a pothole on a busy street that I didn’t know about. After hitting it I was expecting to see my tire pass me. Everything felt ok so I continued to my destination. When I got out of my car I noticed that my front passenger rim was bent from the edge. (Like a pull top can). There was no fixing it. My second encounter was driving to work in early October when it’s darkest out. I was only about a block from my job when I hit a puddle. Well my car shook and I slid lanes. I could tell that the steering was a little off but I wanted to at least make it to my parking lot. When I got out of my car to check my front tire I noticed not only did I pop one tire but I popped both passenger side tires.
